6.1. Storage Code

September 28, 2022: ​Pursuant to the Decision on Approval of the Croatian Energy Regulatory Agency (Class: 391-26/22-01/2 Reg.: 371-06-22-4), from September 23, 2022, the Gas storage system operator - Podzemno skladište plina Ltd. – adopted Amendments of the Storage Code (unofficial translation) which are published in the Official Gazette under No.: 111/22 from September 26, 2022.

May 31, 2021: ​Pursuant to the Decision on Approval of the Croatian Energy Regulatory Agency (Class: 310-26/21-01/1; Reg.: 371-04-21-6), from May 26, 2020, the Gas storage system operator - Podzemno skladište plina Ltd. – adopted Amendments of the Storage Code (unofficial translation) which are published in the Official Gazette under No.: 58/21 from May 27, 2021.

March 11, 2020: ​Pursuant to the Decision on Approval of the Croatian Energy Regulatory Agency (Class: 310-26/20-01/1; Reg.: 371-04-20-5), from March 9, 2020, the Gas storage system operator - Podzemno skladište plina Ltd. – adopted Amendments of the Storage Code (unofficial translation) which are published in the Official Gazette under No.: 26/2020 from March 10, 2020.

- Pursuant to the Decision on Approval of the Croatian Energy Regulatory Agency - HERA (Class: 310-34/18-06/64; Reg.: 371-01-18-3), from May 29, 2018, the Gas storage system operator - Podzemno skladište plina Ltd. – adopted the new Storage Code – (Official Gazette No. 50/2018) (unofficial translation).
