1. STANDARD BUNDLED UNIT
 
Dear current and future users of the Gas Storage System,

We hereby inform you that the Gas Storage System Operator, in accordance with the Article 40 of the Storage Code (Offical Gazette 50/18) and Amendments to the Storage Code (Offical Gazzete 26/20, 58/21 and 111/22) (hereinafter: Storage Code), announces relevant information regarding contracting - Standard bundled units (hereinafter: SBU) service which will be available from April 1^st, 2027 till March 31, 2032.

SBU is defined by the following parameters:

1. the working volume of one SBU is in the amount of 55.493.896 kWh;
2. associated dependence injection curve;
3. associated dependence withdrawal curve.


The deadline for receiving the request for reservation of SBU (hereinafter: Request) at the Operator's address, Veslačka 2-4, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia, is April 21, 2026.


Request is submitted in accordance with the conditions and in the manner prescribed by the Storage Code:

• Request is submitted on the form: The Request for the SBU reservation (unofficial translation).
• The delivery of the Request reservation is a binding offer by the applicant for contracting the SBU service.

The Request must be accompanied by the following:

• excerpt from the court registry or suitable evidence which proves that the person is authorised to act on the behalf of the applicant;
• copy of a valid license for carrying out energy activities which entitles him to access the Storage;
• form of solvency BON 1 and BON 2 which is not older than 30 days for companies which have their headquarters located in the Republic of Croatia;
• for companies with headquarters outside the Republic of Croatia, certified translations of financial reports for the previous three years by a Court Interpreter for the Croatian language or other relevant proof of financial capability in accordance with the regulations of the country where the applicant’s headquarters is located or an assessment of Credit Rating Agency that is acceptable to the Operator;
• bid security in the form of a Bank Guarantee or cash deposit, submitted with each individual Request for SBU reservation, in the amount of:
  • 99.542,11 EUR for the request, with a total amount of up to 5 SBUs,
  • 199.084,21 EUR for the request, with a total amount from 6 up to 10 SBUs,
  • 398.168,43 EUR for the request, with a total amount from 11 up to 20 SBUs,
  • 597.252,64 EUR for the request, with a total amount from 21 up to 30 SBUs,
  • 796.336,85 EUR for the request, with a total amount from 31 up to 40 SBUs,
  • 1.327.228,08 EUR For the request, a total of more than 40 SBUs,

and which shall be returned by the Operator to the applicant within eight days from the date of receipt of the means of payment security referred to in the Contracted service confirmation of the standard bundled unit;

• by way of derogation the applicant may also submit a regular debenture, which the Operator shall return to the applicant within eight days from the receipt of the means of payment security referred to in the Contracted service confirmation of the standard bundled unit, only in the case of a written approval of the Operator after the creditworthiness evaluation upon the inquiry of the applicant and the previously submitted BON 1 and BON 2 solvency forms at least 5 business days before the deadline for submitting the reservation request.

Delivery of the Request:

• The Request is delivered to the Operator exclusively by registered mail with the indication: "Request for SBU reservation - DO NOT OPEN! ", where the moment of acceptance of the Request is considered when the Operator receives the Request on his address.

The lease of the SBU service in the period from  April 1^st, 2027 till March 31, 2032 will be contracted based on:

• Standard Gas Storage Agreement (unofficial translation);
• Contracted Service Confirmation of the SBU (unofficial translation);
• Confirmation on the contracted lease service of interruptible non-nominated withdrawal capacity on a daily basis (unofficial translation);
• Confirmation of contracted lease service of interruptible non-nominated injection capacity on a daily basis (unofficial translation);
• Agreement on access to the IT platform (unofficial translation);
• Addendum 1 of the Agreement on access to IT platform (unofficial translation);
• Bank Guarantee text for securing the payment of contractual obligations.
   

 
 
2. INDIVIDUAL FIRM SERVICES
 
The Storage System Operator currently does not have the capacity to offer firm individual services. The Operator will publish the invitation for the submission of the Request for Reservation of Available Firm Individual Services in accordance with the provisions of Art. 41. of the Storage Code.
