February 14, 2020: Call for participation in the Public Consultation
Gas storage system operator – Podzemno skladište plina Ltd. informs the interested parties about the start of the Public Consultation related to the
Amendments of the Storage Code.
This way we invite energy entities and interested parties and experts to submit their comments, opinions or statements.
The public consultation will be held for a period of 15 days, beginning on February 14, 2020 and will end no later than the day after the entry into force of the Law on Amendments to the Gas Market Act, which is in the process of being adopted if it enters into force after February 29, 2020.
Based on Article 92 of the Gas Market Law (OG 18/18), Podzemno skladište plina Ltd. as the gas storage system operator proposes Amendments of the Storage Code.
The consultation procedure:
1. Please submit Your suggestions and comments by filling out the
Remarks form.
2. Please send the filled Remarks form in word and PDF to the e-mail address:
prodaja@psp.hr, not later than February 29, 2020 or the day after the day of entry into force the Law on Amendments to the Gas Market Law if it enters into force after February 29, 2020.
3. Please put the title of the e-mail: Consultation-2020-01
4. Please name the Form: "Consulting-2020-01 NAME.doc" where NAME represents the abbreviated name of the representatives of interested parties.
