6.1.1. Archive of Storage Codes

Pursuant to the Decision on Approval of the Croatian Energy Regulatory Agency - HERA from February 27, 2017, the gas storage system operator - the company Underground Gas Storage Ltd. (Podzemno skladište plina d.o.o.) – adopted the Amendment to the Storage Code - UPR-049/2017 which will enter into force on February 28, 2017.

Pursuant to the Decision on Approval of the Croatian Energy Regulatory Agency - HERA from January 30, 2017, the gas storage system operator - the company Underground Gas Storage Ltd. (Podzemno skladište plina d.o.o.) – adopted the Amendment to the Storage Code - UPR-017/2017 which will enter into force on January 31, 2017.

Pursuant to the Decision on Approval of the Croatian Energy Regulatory Agency - HERA from January 12, 2017, the gas storage system operator - the company Underground Gas Storage Ltd. (Podzemno skladište plina d.o.o.) – adopted the Amendment to the Storage Code which will enter into force on January 13, 2017.

Pursuant to the Decision on Approval of the Croatian Energy Regulatory Agency from December 30, 2016., Podzemno skladište plina Ltd. adopted the new Storage Code, which will enter into force on January 1, 2017.

Based on the approval of the Croatian Energy Regulatory Agency from the date of 23 of December 2014., Podzemno skladište plina Ltd. adopted the new Storage Code, which entered into force on 1^st of January 2015. The entry into force of new rules of using the storage system waived as the old Storage Code from 24 of December 2013.
