With the prior consent of the Storage System Operator the Storage User have rights:
- trade with stored gas;
- trade on the secondary market with previously contracted services
The Gas Storage System Operator supports the advertising and secondary transactions for existing Storage Users via its IT platform.
Access to the Storage IT platform is regualated by the
Access Agreement and the
List of Autorizatons for new IT platform users.
Storage Users govern their rights and obligations regarding secondary transactions by mutual agreements.
Storage Users are responsible for the consequences resulting from the entry of data through the IT platform.
The secondary transactions are charged by the SSOin accordance with the
price list for non-standard services.
