1. SBU RESERVATION

Prerequisite for contracting operator services is submitting a request for capacity reservation that the energy entity with the legal right to access the gas storage system submits to the Storage system operator (hereinafter: Operator) on published forms, and in accordance with the deadlines prescribed by the Storage Code (Offical Gazette 50/18) and Amendments to the Storage Code (Offical Gazzete 26/20, 58/21 and 111/22).

System Operator, in accordance with Article 40 of the Storage Code, publishes relevant information for contracting the SBU service from April 1^st, 2027 till March 31, 2032.

Allocation of the standard bundled units

After receiving the request for SBU reservation, the Operator conducts a SBU allocation procedure according to the Storage Code:
 

• The Operator shall submit to the Applicant the Gas Storage Agreement and the General Terms and Conditions of the Gas Storage System, as well as the Contracted Service Confirmation of the SBU, and the User shall sign and return them to the Operator within ten days of receipt;
• If there are any unallocated SBU on an annual basis, or if the Operator doesn’t receive within the prescribed deadline the offered Agreement for contracting the SBU service, together with the requested payment security instruments, the Operator may offer these capacities on the market in accordance with the Storage Code either as permanent individual services or as a package of new products.

2. RESERVATION OF FIRM INDIVIDUAL SERVICES  
 
The Storage System Operator has free capacities for contracting individual service of firm injection capacity in accordance with the information published on the page 4.1. Primary market.
The Storage System Operator currently does not have the capacity to offer firm individual services of working volume or withdrawal capacity.
 
The Request for the reservation of an individual service of firm injection capacity for available injection capacity announced by the Storage System Operator on the day of submitting the reservation Request may be submitted only by Applicants who have contracted working volume in the gas storage system.
 
Deadlines for booking firm individual services:

*The Request for the reservation of a firm individual service for a non-working day and the first following working day after the non-working day is submitted during the working day immediately preceding the non-working day.
 
Additional deadlines for the Storage System Operator and the Applicant for the reservation firm individual service, related to the contracting of firm individual injection capacity on a daily basis are contained in the form of the Request for reservation of firm individual services.
The Request for the reservation of a firm individual service is a binding offer of the Applicant.
The procedure for the allocation of firm individual services is defined in Addendum 4 of the Storage code.

 

3. RESERVATION OF INTERRUPTIBLE NOT-NOMINATED CAPACITIES

The request for the reservation of interruptible not-nominated injection capacity and the request for the reservation of interruptible not-nominated withdrawal capacity on a daily basis is submitted on published forms at least 2 (two) business days before using the service.

• Interruptible not-nominated injection capacities and interruptible not-nominated withdrawal capacities on a daily basis will be allocated upon request to each User who has contracted SBU.
• The delivery of the Request for the reservation of interruptible not-nominated injection capacity and/or interruptible not-nominated withdrawal capacity on a daily basis is a binding offer by the Storage System User for contracting the interruptible not-nominated capacity service.

The Storage System Operator is obliged to notify the Storage System User on the allocation of interruptible not-nominated injection capacity and/or not-nominated withdrawal capacity on a daily basis 2 (two) days before the service is used and deliver to him a Contracted Service Confirmation - Injection and/or Contracted Service Confirmation - Withdrawal on the basis of which he achieves the right to nominate interruptible not-nominated capacities.
