Report regarding the Public Consultation 

On the December 30, 2016, Storage system Operator adopted the new Storage Code (UPR-204/2016 from December 30, 2016), based on the  approval of the Croatian Energy Regulatory Agency.
In the process of issuing the Storage Code a public consultation was held from November 18 till December 5, 2016.
 
During the Public Consultation objections/proposals were made by the following  interested parties:

• INA – Industrija nafte d.d., Zagreb
• Prvo plinarsko društvo d.o.o. Vukovar
• PLINACRO d.o.o., Zagreb
• HEP – Opskrba plinom d.o.o.
• RWE Plin d.o.o.
• An anonymous participant
