Pursuant to the Decision on Approval of the Croatian Energy Regulatory Agency - HERA (Class: 310-05/16-02/264, Reg. No. 371-01/17-12) of 30 January 2017, the gas storage system operator - the company Underground Gas Storage Ltd. (Podzemno skladište plina d.o.o.) – adopted the Amendment to the Storage Code - UPR-017/2017.

With the Article 1. of the Storage Code  Amendment - UPR-017/2017 (adopted at the request of the Ministry of Environment and Energy of the Republic of Croatia due to a potential threat to gas supply), Request for the reservation of SBU on an annual level Operator receives in two cycles:
- in the first SBU allocation cycle, no later than 31 January 2017. for 40% of total available SBU's which amounts to 40 SBU;
- in the second SBU allocation cycle, no later than 28 February 2017. for the remaining, available and unallocated number of SBU's.

Regarding the mentioned above, in the first cycle it is possible to send an reservation request for the maximum of 40 SBU's. 
Request for the reservation of more than 40 SBU's will not be included in the SBU allocation process.

Storage Code Amendment - UPR-017/2017. shall enter into force on 31 January 2017.
