Pursuant to the Decision on Approval of the Croatian Energy Regulatory Agency - HERA (Class: 310-05/16-02/264, Reg. No. 371-01/17-06) of 12 January 2017, the gas storage system operator - the company Underground Gas Storage Ltd. (Podzemno skladište plina d.o.o.) – adopted the Amendment to the Storage Code.
 
With the amendment of Article 40, paragraph 3 of the Storage Code – adopted at the request of the Ministry of Environment and Energy of the Republic of Croatia due to a potential threat to gas supply – the deadline for the acceptance of the request for the reservation of the SBU has been moved from 15 January to 31 January of the current storage year.
 
The Amendment to the Storage Code enters into force on 13 January 2017.
