Due to the possible threat of gas supply the Ministry of Environment and Energy of the Republic of Croatia has requested from the storage system operator - the company Underground Gas Storage Ltd. amendment of Article 40, paragraph 3 of the Storage Code so that the deadline for the receiving requests for the reservation of capacity of SBU's change from the current January 15 to January 31 of the year of storage.
 
The proposal changes the rules of the gas storage has been submitted to the approval of the Croatian Energy Regulatory Agency.
